Edyta's quilt patterns often pair traditional blocks with applique shapes. Her signature style is to shake up traditional small prints by adding colorful batiks. This die is designed to be used with a variety of AccuQuilt Fabric Cutters, including the GO! Baby, GO!, GO! Big and even the Studio (with adapter). Your AccuQuilt cutter is an easy way to precisely cut the angles and curves of this die. Cutting the shapes from several fabric layers at once means you'll be at the sewing machine that much quicker. The die is available on its own here and is also part of the GO! Qube Specialty Set-Serendipity by Edyta Sitar.

How to Die Cut Flower Shapes:

Apply fusible web product to the wrong side of the fabric, following manufacturer’s instructions, before cutting for fusible appliqué.

  • Straight Stems: Cut and fuse 6 x 1 1/4" rectangles. Cut 96 stems across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 576 stems.
  • Curved Stem: Cut and fuse 6 1/2" x 2" rectangles. Cut 20 stems across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 100 stems.
  • Long Petal: Cut and fuse 1" x 2 1/2" rectangles. Cut 16 petals across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 528 petals.
  • Leaf: Cut and fuse 2 3/4" x 4 1/2" rectangles. Cut 8 leaves across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 104 leaves.
  • Small Petal: Cut and fuse 1 3/4" x 1" rectangles. Cut 40 petals across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 800 petals.
