Only for threading needle sizes 4-8.The compact case opens to reveal the threader mechanism. There is a guide slot to insert the needle. Ensure the needle eye is facing to the top. The thread is then laid across the V grove and the threading lever lightly pressed for the theading pin to guide the thread through the needle eye. If the needle eye is not aligned with the pin and thread, the SUREGUIDE lever will not move, resisting further pushing. Stop. The needle needs to be realigned to the correct position before it can be threaded. Do that. Press the lever and the threading is done for you. Reposition. Simply withdraw the now threaded needle. The SUREGUIDE has a needle storage chamber and a magnetic base to pickup needles.rtridge is available.
