How to Die Cut Bucket Hat Shapes:
For best cutting results, position fabric on the lengthwise grain
(straight of grain) as it goes under the roller. This die is specially
designed to cut one complete Bucket Hat in two passes through the GO! or
GO! Big fabric cutter.
- To cut one Bucket Hat:
- Fabric Color 1: Fuse fabric with an interfacing like June Tailor®
T-Shirt Project Fusible Interfacing. Cut one 7 3/4" square and place it
on the Top (circle) shape to cut one shape. Cut four 7" x 4 3/4"
rectangles and place them on the Side (straight) shape to cut four
shapes. Cut four 8 7/8" x 4 1/4" rectangles and place them on the Brim
(curved) shape to cut four shapes.
- Fabric Color 2: Cut one 7 3/4" square and place it on the Top
(circle) shape to cut one shape. Cut four 7" x 4 3/4" rectangles and
place them on the Side (straight) shape to cut four shapes. Cut four 8
7/8" x 4 1/4" rectangles and place them on the Brim (curved) shape to
cut four shapes
