Every quilter needs squares, they're the building blocks of quilting. Use the GO! Square die to precisely cut 4 1/2" squares that finish to a 4" square. Use this square in combination with additional AccuQuilt GO! block dies to create typical 8" finished patchwork quilt blockslike the Spinner and Jewel Box blocks.

How to Die Cut 4 1/2" Squares:

For best cutting results, position fabric on the lengthwise grain (straight of grain) as it goes under the roller.

  • Cut 9 1/2" strips across the width of fabric. Fanfold into 9 1/2" widths. Place on selected blade and cut. Cut 16 squares across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 48 squares.
